Sidewalk Sales Schedule 2010
Central Avenue Shoppers can find great bargains each month as participating businesses hold Sidewalk Sale events. Businesses who wish to conduct Sidewalk Sales need to contact the CASID office for permit information. Sidewalk Sale Events are scheduled as follows.

Just Move! Hosted by the Hope Center Dance Company Hope Center for the Visual and Performing Arts, 110 Cambridge Avenue, JC, NJ

There will also be a discussion panel with the directors and a few members of Hope Center Dance Company (a Christian dance group) on dancing for the Lord, life of a dancer, using flags and streamers, starting a dance ministry, etc from 1p-2p.
Take one class, two classes or all three plus the panel discussion for one flat rate of $20. For each friend you bring we will take 10% off your registration!

Washington Park Centennial Celebration - Join the Washington Park Association (WPA) as they celebrate 100 years! The Centennial Celebration is a one-day event honoring 100 years of Washington Park by offering engaging activities, appealing to a broad base of people including, seniors, adults, and children. The artists and their talents will take over the park to capture the minds of all passive and active park users, people with disabilities and promote the park and the community surrounding it.

The 2010 Jersey City Artists' Studio Tour is taking place on October 2nd and 3rd. The CASID will be participating this year and invites artist to partner with our local businesses.

Studio Tour artists applications are available by clicking HERE. Please print and fill out your form. The deadline to be included in the Hudson Reporter's Studio Tour map and guide is August 20th.
